!lftp の対応
 lftp で 「`ssl:ca-file' は不明なコマンドです。」が出る場合には
  /etc/lftp の
 ## SSL default settings 
 set ssl:ca-file "/etc/ssl/ca-bundle.pem"
 に修正
 
 「致命的エラー: Certificate verification: Not trusted」
 が出る場合には
 ~/.lftprc を作成して
 set ftp:ssl-allow off
 set xfer:clobber on
 を追加しておく
 ( 本当はサーバ別に作るべきなんだろうけれど )
