 $ pkg install ca_root_nss
 $ cd /var/db
 $ mv ntpd.leap-seconds.list ntpd.leap-seconds.list.bak
 $ /etc/rc.d/ntpd fetch
       $# env http_proxy="http://192.168.1.21:7080" /etc/rc.d/ntpd fetch
 $ /etc/rc.d/ntpd restart
