FreeBSD で PHP を ports からインストールした時に portupgrade で update する際に
MBSTRING の設定をミスするのを防ぐ為に

/usr/local/etc/pkgtools.conf
に次の行を追加

因にコンパイルオプションは
 /usr/ports/www/mod_php4 で 次のオプションで make する。
 make WITH_APACHE2=yes WITH_MBSTRING=yes BATCH=YES \
 PHP_OPTIONS="CTYPE POSTGRESQL MBSTRING MIME PCRE POSIX SESSION TOKENIZER XMP ZLIB " \
 install
